Unless otherwise notes, all positions are freelance to start but may develop into full time status if individuals show the necessary drive and talent to create.
Character Designers - Must have strong drawing ability and a good design sense. Should have the skills to create unique characters with a large range of emotions and styles. Also should have the ability to storyboard and develop concept renderings. (Just being a character does not qualify you to design characters.)
3d Modelers - Must have strong drawing ability and a good sense of anatomy. Must be able to bring the character designers and directors visions to life in 3d form. If you're also skilled at character design you go to the head of the class. Must have advanced skills in scene lighting and rendering. Lightmapping experience a plus. At least 3+ years experience with major 3d packages such as 3ds Max or Maya is required.
Animators - Must have a strong understanding of motion graphics. At least 3+ years REAL animation experience with Maya or 3ds Max. At least 3 years experience with After Effects or comparable package is a big plus. We are gearing up for some major motion projects so this position could grow in all kinds of interesting ways in the coming years.
Game Designers - Must have 2+ years experience with Unity Pro. Must understand the process of transfering a 3d character into the Unity Engine. Must have extensive experience with lightmapping and level design.
